How Our Online Policy Manager’s Got Your Back

You can see a summary of your policy, and edit details such as your average kilometres driven, listed drivers, optional extras, and more.

You can update your address, phone number or email address if need be.

You can lodge a claim online. If you happen to need a hand through the process, you can contact our friendly team for help.

Want to change your payment method? Or would you prefer to change how often you pay? You’ll find the lot in our online Policy Manager.

You can ask us to resend your insurance policy documents, and email a Certificate of Currency to you.

Policies with Oceania Insurance default to automatic renewal. We will normally send you a renewal offer at least 14 days before the renewal date of your policy.

Reviewing your automatic renewal

Your cover will continue as long as you keep paying your premiums. However, you can still review your renewal details, and if necessary, edit your policy with a few simple steps:

  • Login to our online Policy Manager
  • Click/tap the button for the policy you want to review/edit
  • Click/tap ‘Review Renewal Details/Review Renewal’
  • If you need to make any changes, click/tap ‘Modify Policy/Edit Policy’.
  • Follow all the prompts we give you.

If you’ve opted for manual renewal

You’ll need to renew your cover yourself. The process for this is pretty simple:

  • Log into our online Policy Manager
  • Click/tap the button for the relevant policy – you’ll see the date your policy will expire.
  • Click/tap ‘Renew Online Now/Review Renewal’.
  • If you need to make any changes, click/tap ‘Modify Policy/Edit Policy’.
  • Follow all the prompts we give you.

You can get a quote, or buy another insurance policy through our online Policy Manager.

If we ask for any photos of your car (to inspect it, or confirm it has no pre-existing damage), our online Policy Manager is the place to go.

Online Policy Manager FAQs

Unless you’ve requested otherwise, any changes you make to your policy will take effect immediately.

Some factors (such as where and how your car is parked at night, your age, how the car is used and how far the car is driven per year) can influence your premiums. If you make changes, it’s not uncommon for your premium to increase or decrease.

If your premium does change, we’ll either charge you, or refund you the pro-rata difference between your old and new premiums.
